Which religions believe in chakras?
chakra, also spelled Cakra, Sanskrit C̣akra, (“wheel”), any of a number of psychic-energy centres of the body, prominent in the occult physiological practices of certain forms of Hinduism and Tantric Buddhism.
While chakras aren't mentioned specifically in the Bible, we can see that it is possible that just as God created our bodies with pathways for energy to flow (nerves, blood, lymph, meridians). He also created these energy centers throughout the body to receive and transmit energy messages.
In Hinduism and Buddhism, chakras are focal points of energy, or prana, in the body. The exact number and location of the chakras varies depending on the tradition a person follows. In Buddhism, there are four primary chakras. In many forms of Hinduism, there are seven.
Pantheism and panentheism are two we might think of in this regard – perhaps these would be comfortable with the idea of God as energy.
While the other chakras are more related to our physical body, the crown chakra is where we draw energy to communicate with the Divine, our God, the collective consciousness — the spiritual world. It is associated with all the elements, as it is cosmic.

Fundamentally, any spiritual path can be described as a journey from the muladhara to the sahasrara. To move your energies from muladhara to ajna, there are many spiritual processes and several ways, but to move from ajna to sahasrara, there is no path.
Biblical spirituality means to be born of God (John 1:12-‐13; John 3:5-‐8; 1 John 4:7), be changed by the grace of Jesus Christ (Rom 12:1-‐2), surrendered and obedient to the Spirit, living according to the Spirit (Rom 8:4-‐11), and consequently empowered by the Spirit to draw others to find life in the Spirit.
Pantheism implies a lack of separation between people, things, and God, but rather sees everything as being interconnected. More rarely, pantheism refers to a belief in all gods from all religions, or a tolerance for those beliefs. In Greek, pan means "all" and theos means "god."

What is it called when you believe in God but not religion?
The religiously unaffiliated now make up just over one quarter of the U.S. population. While the Nones include agnostics and atheists, most people in this category retain a belief in God or some higher power. Many describe themselves as “spiritual but not religious,” or “SBNR,” as researchers refer to them.
The Bible mentions 23 occurrences of some translation of meditate: 19 of them appear in the Psalms, and of the 23, 20 refer specifically to meditating on the Lord in some way. We are told to meditate on his actions, law, or testimonies – all of which are found within his Word.
When the Bible mentions meditation, it often mentions obedience in the next breath. An example is the Book of Joshua: "This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it.
One interesting method of practicing spiritual wellness involves working with one's seven chakras. Spiritual wellness involves developing a personal, inner connection and harmony between yourself and the wonder, majesty, and mystery of the universe.
Buddhism is one of the world's largest religions and originated 2,500 years ago in India. Buddhists believe that the human life is one of suffering, and that meditation, spiritual and physical labor, and good behavior are the ways to achieve enlightenment, or nirvana.
Believers in chakras claim that they experience physical, mental, and emotional improvements after alignment of their chakras.
Meet Ganesha
The first of the seven chakras is muladhara: the root chakra, which is associated with the earth element. In our body, the earth element is represented as our bones, tissues, and our connection to the ground. Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, governs muladhara chakra.

The Taoist concept of dantian as energy centers is similar to the Indian yoga concept of chakras as key points where prana is stored (see also nadi).
Chakra originally belonged to God Trees. When Kaguya Ōtsutsuki ate the fruit the God Tree bore, she became the first person in Earth's history to wield chakra. With her new-found power, she ended all the wars that plagued the lands. Her sons, Hamura and Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, were the first people to be born with chakra.
Chakras are articulated within Chinese Medicine through the Three Treasures (energy): Generating (Jing), Vital (Qi) and Spirit (Shen). These as a cumulative whole represent the Dantians (chakras). These dantians are composed of upper, middle and lower centers.
Taoists believe that good actions will mean a better life for their soul so Taoists follow rules and guides for living. They are not allowed to tell lies, steal, commit adultery, commit murder or drink alcohol. They also have a list of good deeds to further guide they way they live.
Taoism is "the way" leading one to fulfill their immortality by becoming one with the Tao or universe by living in balance. Buddhism is a philosophy where one strives to achieve enlightenment or nirvana through its teachings.
