Does Kisaki know Takemichi is a time leaper?
Kisaki was the first character in the series to bring up the existence of other characters with Takemichi's powers. Since Hanma is his closest friend and confidant, it only makes sense that he is also aware of this fact. Yet, the reason why these two know this is unknown.
Suddenly, Takemichi enters the fray, engaging in combat with the bullies. Kisaki sees Hinata's expression during Takemichi's display of bravery and realizes that she has fallen in love with him. This creates a deep hatred for Takemichi, whom he believes has stolen away Hinata's favor.
The latest chapter in Tokyo Revengers manga unveiled one of the greatest mysteries around Takemichi Hanagaki, the only known time leaper who can go back and forth in time.
By the concluding arc of Tokyo Revengers manga, it is revealed that there has only been three definitive Time Leapers in the series: The original Time Leaper, Mikey's brother Shinichiro, and Takemichi. This is because the ability to Time Leap has to be passed on directly from one host to another.
It is clear that Hanma is somehow involved in the time travel process, either as a time-leaper or as a trigger. However, the probability of a third time traveler arose during the Bonten arc, when Hanma joined Mikey.
Manga. The Time Leaper (タイムリーパー, Taimu Rīpā?) was a homeless man and the first to use the time-leaping ability, which Shinichiro Sano stole from him.
While Naoto Tachibana from the present knows of Takemichi's time-traveling ability, his past self does not know the same. While Takemichi does try to explain it to him, he fails. The good thing is that Takemichi succeeds in protecting Naoto by asking him to be cautious and protect his sister.
If we recollect, Takemichi became a time-leaper due to his strong desire to save Hina from dying. This means, for Takemichi to be a time-leaper in Tokyo Revengers, Shinichiro needed to time-leap and ensure Mikey doesn't get involved in the accident that killed him.
Are you a time leaper too? Sanzu, flabbergasted that Takemichi could dodge such a perfect attack, draws the conclusion that Takemichi may be a time leaper. He asks Takemichi, “Are you a time leaper too?”, indicating that there are other time leapers and Sanzu is either one of them or is aware of them.
Why is Sanzu so loyal to Mikey? Haruchiyo's most notorious trait is his fanatical idolatry towards Manjiro Sano, believing Mikey to be his "king" (akin to the Chess King), and thus deserving of the utmost respect, loyalty and devotion.
Who does Kisaki have a crush on?
Kisaki has always had a great crush on Hinata, but he never had the courage to tell her. After a while, he finds out that she likes Takemichi whose dream is to be the biggest delinquent and a hero in Japan.
Kisaki's backstory and motivation are all connected to what prompted him of killing Hinata in the future. Kisaki would later achieve his goal of becoming the number 1 criminal in Japan, and he proposed to Hinata. However, Hinata refused his proposal, which prompted Kisaki of killing Hinata.

As a result, Kisaki always felt alone and lonely, but Hinata didn't treat him the same way — she was the only one to treat her the way he always deserved. As a result of her caring and friendly nature towards him, Kisaki started feeling attracted to her and finally developing romantic feelings.
Mikey's Dark Impulses (as he termed them) showed him seeking to embrace a life of violence. While over on the dark side, he was seen committing multiple brutalities himself or instructing his men to carry them out. He did all this without a shred of emotional response, as he behaved in an indifferent and cold manner.
The manga confirmed that Kisaki was not a time leaper, but he was aware of the concept of time leaping. This meant that the character was acquainted with someone who had the same ability as Takemichi. He also revealed his knowledge regarding Takemichi's time leaping abilities.
Chifuyu confesses that somehow he always knew Takemichi was as time traveler and commends him for trying to help everyone. He says that he'll have Takemichi's back. During the next Toman Admin meeting, Chifuyu gives Takemichi an incredibly vague plan to follow in order to help prevent Hakkai from leaving the gang.
Manjiro "Mikey" Sano is the deuteragonist-turned-final antagonist of the 2017 Japanese manga series Tokyo Revengers and its 2021 anime adaptation.
As a result, Kisaki always felt alone and lonely, but Hinata didn't treat him the same way — she was the only one to treat her the way he always deserved. As a result of her caring and friendly nature towards him, Kisaki started feeling attracted to her and finally developing romantic feelings.
Naoto Tachibana
Naoto is the sole person in the future who knows of Takemichi's time-leaping abilities and thus tries to help him by supplying him with information about Toman. The two become friends because of their shared desire to save Hinata from her untimely death.
As he looks down at his hands, he says that he would save him. At the same time, Mikey, who just got done beating up another gang, looks down at his hand, and knows that Takemichi is back from the future.
Did Kisaki shoot Takemichi?
Even though they tried to run away, Kisaki was able to find them again, pointing a gun at Takemichi. Before Kisaki was able to shoot Takemichi, Naoto pushed our hero and received the bullet in his place. Takemichi was also shot by Kisaki moments later, but he had enough strength to ask Naoto for a last handshake.
