Does Russia have access to an ocean?

Russia, alongside Canada, is one of the world's only two countries with a coast along three oceans, due to which it has links with over thirteen marginal seas. It lies between latitudes 41° and 82° N, and longitudes 19° E and 169° W.

It is surrounded by the seas of the Atlantic Ocean (the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea, the Sea of Azov), by the Caspian Sea, and the Arctic and Pacific Oceans.
