Can you sleep in Lufthansa lounge Frankfurt?
Lufthansa does have a separate Welcome Lounge dedicated for people who want to sleep. But that lounge is at the other side of the airport, and you can only access it if you are arriving in Frankfurt on selected flights.
Spending the night at the airport
Not only does it stay open 24 hours a day, but there are also several services available throughout the night.
Rooms are available to rent in blocks of 3-24 hours. Three more hotels (Sheraton, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn) are located at the airport, connected to Terminal 1 by a pedestrian skywalk. Day rooms are available, though you will need to exit the Secure area to access these.
I found this lounge to be a truly enjoyable experience and would say that it is worth the €49 price of admission - especially with longer transit periods.
Access a 24-hour lounge
Whether you have access through your elite status or your credit card, airport lounges can be an overnight traveler's best friend. This is especially true once you factor in the cost (and quality) of food in addition to lodging expenses.
The cabins are located in the B-Transit security area in Terminal 1, Level 3 opposite the Air Canada Lounge and in the immediate vicinity of the roof terrace.

Sleeping in Frankfurt Airport
There are also reclining lounge-style seats with foot rests in rest zones throughout the airport. Terminal 1's Concourse B appears to be the most popular spot for sleeping, though this may be because Concourses A, C and Z close at night.
A lounge can be a great way to pass the time on long layovers since they're often much less crowded and quieter than the general terminal, giving you a chance to relax, work or even nap between flights.
Which Lufthansa lounge Frankfurt is best?
Lufthansa First Class Lounges are the carrier's best lounges, though they're reserved for HON Circle members and Lufthansa first class passengers; Lufthansa gets away with this by marketing this as a HON Circle lounge that Lufthansa first class passengers just happen to get access to.
Lounge access for Economy Class passengers
Of course, you can also visit the Lufthansa lounges as an Economy Class passenger (availability limited). To do so, present your valid Lufthansa boarding pass at the lounge entrance and simply pay by credit card or book lounge access online before your trip.

Relax before your flight in the Lufthansa Business Lounges and then enjoy the first-rate service on board. The new Lufthansa Business Class seat can be converted into a fully flat bed that is almost two metres long – just the thing for relaxing during a long flight.
Lufthansa offers pajamas (closer to a nice track suit, actually) to first class customers, but not business. If it's an international long-haul flight, be ready to spend up to 15 hours in the air. Business class passengers can freshen up before landing with the on-board shower facilities.
